Recently, during an interview, Tanisha spoke about the demands of stars at the shooting location being called tantrums.
‘Producers should respect the time of celebs’
Recently, during an interview with Indian Express, Tanisha spoke openly on this topic, in which many filmmakers have blamed the actors for their unnecessary demands and increasing the cost of production. However, Tanisha also agreed that stars should not demand too much from the filmmakers, and producers should also not claim that celebrities have tantrums. She said that if a celebrity is giving his time to a project, then the makers should respect his time.
‘Stars have basic needs, not tantrums’
Tanishaa took the example of actors like Akshay Kumar, who spent a lot of time on the sets. She questioned that if the actor is willing to spend so much time on the sets, then the filmmakers should take note of this.
Apart from this, Tanisha said that if an actor works for 18 hours for the shooting of a film, then it is very clear that some of his basic needs have to be fulfilled, like arranging a gym and a chef. Because if they don’t have much time after your shooting, then how will they manage their food and workout? Now many producers wrongly consider this as tantrums.
‘The bigger the star, the bigger the tantrums’
Tanisha Mukherjee further said, ‘Every star has his own tantrums, so he will not be considered a star. The bigger the tantrum, the bigger the star, some people believe so. If you are an independent producer and you have a low budget, then you should talk to that star, I am sure they will work even in a low budget. But if you are a corporate, then definitely stars will also demand things from you because you have money’.
